Riding a bike is a great way to strengthen the legs and lengthen them. If you like bike riding then this is something you would enjoy. Raise the bike seat a little higher than normal for you so you must reach out further with your legs as you pedal. A stationary bike would be just as beneficial.
The added benefit of doing these is that you would be getting a good workout along with lengthening the legs.
